June 27-28 Annual Review Offers Insights about Innovation in Silicon, Biomedicine, MEMS, Optics, 3D Integration and other Growth Areas.
Emerging technologies enabled and supported by breakthroughs in microelectronics have opened exciting new markets and research fields for innovative companies and leading researchers.
On June 27-28, CEA-Leti's 13th Annual Review will present the latest results in micro- and nanotechnologies that address the challenges and opportunities in these areas, along with Leti's systems of transferring innovation to industry.
