![]() |
Abstract:
SITE Services President Alan W. Kukas announced today that after more than 30 years of continuous operation under the name SITE Services, the company's name has been changed to Spintrac Systems, Inc. ™ "The change had been contemplated over many years as the nature of the company's business grew from being a service and training company (Semiconductor Industry Training and Electronic Services) to one that currently designs and builds its own line of photolithography coater and developer systems," commented Kukas.
This name change will serve as an opportunity to re-brand the company and allow it to showcase the wide range of proprietary systems that SITE Services has developed. The company's processing systems were initially targeted towards silicon wafers but now extend into many specialized substrates including compound semiconductors (InP, GaAs), sapphire, glass and ceramic varying in size from 2" to 320mm x 380mm plates. Many systems work in a 24/7 production environment while others are utilized in R&D facilities pertaining to nanotechnology, displays and process chemicals.
All of the company's products are designed with a focus on delivering precise, repeatable process results while maintaining a high level of reliability and serviceability. Existing customers will receive full support on their equipment previously purchased from SITE Services.
