UK : IoN Textiles Conference to be held at The Royal Society
Abstract:
As the textiles industry matures, the development of new and smart textiles with novel functionality, and also new environmentally clean processing technologies will be critical.
Such functionality can be brought about by nanotechnology and also by adding other smart innovations. There is enormous opportunity here and industry and fashion alike should be searching for ideas and opportunities to capture.
The 3rd International Conference on Nanotechnology and Smart Textiles for Industry, Healthcare and Fashion to be held on 19th March, 2008 at The Royal Society, London, UK.
