SEMI Announces SEMICON West 2007 ...
Abstract:
SEMI has announced the "call for innovations" for the fifth annual Technology Innovation Showcase (TIS) to be held in conjunction with SEMICON West 2007. Submissions will be accepted in the areas of nanotechnology, MEMS, test, assembly, packaging and wafer processing. The application deadline is February 2, 2007.
