TechnoMart - InnoMart 2011 opened this afternoon at BOI Fair 2011 "Going Green for the Future with Thai Technology and Innovation" with H.E. Dr. Plodprasop Suraswadi, Minister of Science and Technology giving the Opening Remarks.

"Technology and Innovation is key to strengthening Thailand's competitiveness" said Dr. Plodprasob. "We must build a knowledge based economy, in which the production and dissemination of knowledge leads to economic and social benefits. Promoting the development of science, technology, and the application of technology by public and private sector for commercialization is the ultimate goal of the ministry. It is important that the private sector sees the benefit of S&T development in advancing their business port folio".

TechnoMart - InnoMart is an annual exhibition event organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology to showcase local innovative capabilities which has been successfully commercialized. The venue allows for local entrepreneurs and research institutions to expand cliental and build commercial networks. NANOTEC used this opportunity to showcase their research in N-Sack, N-Clean, and i-Guard Nano.
