Kopin marks silver anniversary
Abstract:
Kopin is also the world's largest supplier of heterojunction bipolar transistor wafers, "nano-structure" devices incorporated into amplifier circuits which are then built into cell phones.
These circuits, the company claims, have to date been integrated into more than a billion wireless handsets (cell phones and smart phones) across the globe.
