QD Vision raises another $3M in VC
Abstract:
QD Vision Inc. says it has taken in $3 million from DTE Energy Ventures to help expand the market for its LED lighting and displays products.
The new capital comes roughly a month after the Watertown, Mass.-based company closed another $10 million venture investment. QD Vision has raised a total of $33 million in venture capital financing from investors including North Bridge Venture Partners, Highland Capital Partners and In-Q-Tel, the investment arm of the CIA.
