Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and the French National Research Agency - ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche) announced today the first bilateral Joint Call for Proposals (JCP) in the areas of Nanotechnology and Information Communication Science & Technologies.
