New research project at Manchester university
Abstract:
Skilled staff from Murata Manufacturing will receive specialist training in the research and development of nanotechnology as part of the deal.
In return, Professor Paul O'Brien and his research team in the school of chemistry will gain access to skills and state-of-the-art equipment in Japan.
Yukio Sakabe, Senior Corporate Advisor at Murata, said: "I am convinced that new technology and business in the field of nanotechnology will be realised in future from this project."
