Nanotechnology boon for defence sector
Abstract:
Nanotechnology helps to develop effective sensors which can be used in civil and defence applications, said Prof S B Krupanidhi, Chairman, Department of Materials Research Center, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore here on Monday. He was speaking at the two-day workshop on Nanoscience and Technology at Yenepoya Research Center, Yenepoya University, near here. The workshop is being held in association with Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi and the National Academy of Sciences. Allahabad.
