Abstract:
Altair Nanotechnologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ALTI) announces that it will hold a conference call to discuss financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2007. The call, scheduled for March 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), will feature commentary by Terry Copeland, Ph.D., the company's recently appointed interim president, and Ed Dickinson, chief financial officer. Shareholders and members of the investment community are invited to participate.

An audio replay of the conference call will be available from 2:00 p.m. through 11:59 p.m. EST on March 19, 2008. It can be accessed by dialing 719-457-0820 and entering conference number 3564615.
