Ultrathin carbon speeds circuits
Abstract:
Researchers from the University of Manchester in England and the Institute for Microelectronics Technology in Russia have found that the equivalent of unrolled carbon nanotubes have comparable electrical properties and are more compatible with today's chipmaking methods.
