Particle Measuring Systems is pleased to announce the purchase of Naneum Ltd. This latest acquisition expands their broad suite of products and strengthens their experience related to key emerging technologies, supporting the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS).

Addition of Naneum's technologies to their extensive experience in micro-contamination monitoring promises major advancements in particle detection. One of the chief challenges facing semiconductor companies today is sub-100 nanometer particle detection in process environments.
