The Congress was held in the International Congresses Hall of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) on December 17, 2011.

In this congress, the top 75 researchers and technologists and the top 26 research-industrial institutes were praised in the fields of research managers, scientific publications, centers of excellence, scientific associations, parks and growth centers, technology managers, and technological plans.

Nano Vahed Sana't Persia Company is active in the three fields of technology and technical knowledge transference and publication, production and manufacture of machinery, and production of nanomaterials. One of the nanocomposite products of this company has so far succeeded in obtaining the Nano Scale Certificate from Technology/Product Assessment Station of Technical Services to Market Institute.
