MIT team wins cash prize from PEDC at 2009 Rice Business Plan Competition

Abstract:
Three graduate students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) won a $2,500 cash prize from the Pearland Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) for their work in developing a business plan for a nanotechnology-based business concept. The MIT team won the money at the 2009 Rice Business Plan Competition, the world's largest and richest business plan competition, of which the PEDC was a sponsor.
