Nanoscience unit in licensing and distribution deal with Texas Instruments

Abstract:
Nanoscience Inc said its Toumaz Technology unit has signed a licensing and distribution agreement with Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN) Inc.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Under the terms, Toumaz will have access to Texas Instrument's design, process and manufacturing capabilities as well as have an opportunity to use its sales channel.
