AMD President and COO to visit India
Abstract:
AMD announced that it's President and COO Dirk Meyer will be visiting India between January 4th through January 9th 2008. This is Meyer's first visit to India and close on the heels of Dr. Ruiz' recent visit.
During his trip, Meyer will deliver a keynote address at the VLSI Conference 2008 in Hyderabad on "how the semiconductor community can spearhead overall technology growth in India" and he will also demonstrate AMD's technology leadership by showcasing some of AMD's leading innovations in the last year. The conference is organized by the VLSI Society of India. The VLSI conference has a particular emphasis on the challenges and opportunities in Nanoelectronics.
