Owlstone swoops to secure stockmarket float in US

Abstract:
Owlstone Nanotech, developer of an innovative gas sensor with a host of potentially lucrative applications, has filed an SB-2 form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with the intention of listing on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). If successful, the offering will value the company at $100m.
