Abstract:
After 32 years of service to AMCOL International Corporation (NYSE:ACO) President, CEO and Director Lawrence E. Washow announced his retirement effective on Dec. 31.
COO Ryan F. McKendrick was promoted to the positions of President and CEO, effective Jan. 1. McKendrick has also been elected to the Board of Directors, as a Class II Director.
