MEPs vote to ban food from cloned animal products
Abstract:
Environment Committee members in Brussels on Tuesday argued that it would be 'irresponsible' to include food from cloned animals in the scope of the Novel Foods regulation, soon to be updated to incorporate emerging areas of science such as nanotechnology and GMOs, as well as cloning.
