Newly Appointed Alto Holdings CFO Gardner Takes Voting Control of Cancer Therapeutics Inc.

Abstract:
Cancer Therapeutics Inc. (OTC BB: CTHP) has issued 200 preferred shares to CEO-CFO Chene Gardner in lieu of one year's salary, giving him 70.39 percent voting control of the company, according to an 8-K filed today with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Based in South Jordan, Utah, and with principal business offices in Thomasville, Ga., Cancer Therapeutics is a biotechnology business incubator that focuses on disruptive treatments and nanotechnology to develop drugs for the treatment of cancer.
