Industrial Nanotech, Inc. (Pink Sheets:INTK), an emerging global leader in nanoscience solutions, announced updates regarding Saudi Arabia Distributor, Saudi Environmental Projects, Ltd., the new exclusive distributor for Nansulate® energy saving and asset protection coatings in Saudi Arabia.

The Company will be assisting with a presentation this week by Saudi Environmental Projects to one of the top five petrochemical companies in the world. In addition the Company's CEO/CTO, Stuart Burchill, has been invited by Saudi Environmental Projects to give a technical presentation about the Company's nanotechnology based industrial coatings and their insulating and corrosion resistant capabilities at the Saudi Oil and Gas Exhibition in January 2010.

The Chairman of Saudi Environmental Projects, Ltd., HRH Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, is one of the Kingdom's prominent businessmen and industrialists. He is the founder and chairman of the largest paper manufacturing and processing paper industrial facilities outside the USA, Europe and Japan. He is the Chairman and CEO of The Saudi Paper Manufacturing Group, which includes the Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company, the Saudi Recycling Company, and the Saudi Company for Environmental Enterprises. He is active in other fields and activities in the trade, services and investments sectors in Saudi Arabia and internationally. He travels extensively and works with other prominent businessmen from around the world to promote trade and understanding between Saudi Arabia and the other countries.

In attendance is expected to be representatives from Aramco, Sabic, Gasco, and companies from China, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and more. The four day event will include conferences, workshops and exhibitions covered by TV, newspapers and magazines with special reports and interviews with exhibitors and visitors. Last year's exhibition welcomed more than 8,247 senior managers and purchasing decision makers."
