The other bill that the Cabinet approved would allow two state corporations, the nanotechnology development vehicle Rosnano and the Housing Maintenance Fund, to return 85 billion rubles ($2.4 billion) and 75 billion rubles, respectively, to state coffers to help cover this year's deficit, Kudrin said.
