Sematech North researchers make advances in EUV lithography
Abstract:
Researchers at Sematech North in Albany have made a significant advancement in extreme ultaviolet lithography, a new type of computer chip manufacturing process.
Sematech is an international computer chip manufacturing consortium headquartered in Austin, Texas. It has a research center at the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering that is known as Sematech North with more than 200 scientists.
