Abstract:
Recently, Marcus made a $15 million donation to Georgia Tech for a nanotechnology center. Editor Josh Wolfe of Forbes/Wolfe Nanotech Report, interviewed Marcus about his interest in nanotechnology and recently awarded Marcus the inaugural "Forbes/Wolfe 2006 Nanotech Person of the Year" for his significant personal contribution to advancing nanoscale science and technology and encouragement of entrepreneurship and free enterprise in the sector.
