Bright promise draws RP to nanotechnology
Abstract:
With almost everything in today's gadget-crazy world getting miniaturized, even a third-world country like the Philippines cannot resist the temptation of going into nanotechnology -- the the science "focused on controlling and exploiting the structure of matter on a scale below 100 nanometers."
