Fujitsu rolls 65-nm ASIC, SoC process
Abstract:
Enabling the next wave of semiconductors, Fujitsu Ltd. on Tuesday (September 20) rolled out its 65-nm process technology for advanced ASIC and system-on-a-chip (SoC) designs.
