Nanosys Issued Patent for Nanotechnology Enabled Electronics
Abstract:
Nanosys announced today that it was issued U.S. Patent No. 6,872,645 (the '645 patent) by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The '645 patent is directed to nanowire based field effect transistors (FETs) and other electronic devices that may be used in a variety of applications including arbitrarily large area electronic circuits for flat-panel displays, low cost radio frequency identification tags (RFIDs), and electronically steerable antenna arrays for wireless communications.
