Chartered kicks off 65-nm node
Abstract:
Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd. has started offering Spice models and other design deliverables for its 65-nanometer process, with an early emphasis on low-power applications. The Singapore foundry expects pilot production of 65-nm-generation devices to begin in early 2006.
