EV Group Launches a Step-and-Repeat Nanoimprint Lithography System
Abstract:
EV Group said today it will install a fully automated, ultra-violet step-and-repeat nanoimprint lithography (UV-NIL) system at AMO GmbH (AMO) in Germany.
