BVDU, US varsity tie up to offer nanotech course
Abstract:
A postgraduate (PG) degree course in nanotechnology, involving part study in India and remaining, including research, in a US state university, will be introduced by city-based Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) from the forthcoming academic year (AY) 2011-12.
"We have entered into a formal arrangement with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), US, to facilitate our maiden foray in the field of nanotech studies," BVDU vice chancellor (V-C) Shivajirao Kadam said while announcing the new PG programme at a news conference here on Wednesday.
