Germany’s nanotechnology industry on the up
Abstract:
Nanotechnology manufacturers in Germany are positive about their economic recovery in 2011, as many reported sales increases of up to 15% during the first half of the year, according to the IVAM Microtechnology Network.
The IVAM Microtechnology Network surveyed 1,125 small- and medium-sized enterprises dealing with microtechnology, nanotechnology or advanced materials in Germany. Most foresee a "positive development" in the second half of 2010, with 93% expecting profits to improve or at least stay stable.
