Judge approves Evident's plan to emerge from bankruptcy

Abstract:
A federal judge has approved Evident Technologies Inc.'s plan to emerge from bankruptcy.

Evident, a for-profit nanotechnology firm in Troy, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July 2009. The company listed $4.7 million of debt and $3.8 million of assets.
