Decade in jobs: After recession, area looks for growth
Abstract:
Others are optimistic that Winona manufacturers are better-positioned than other areas to add jobs when the economy rebounds. The area gets an edge from its stake in growing manufacturing sectors like composites and nanotechnology, said Mike Haney, director of the Winona Workforce Center, which aids and trains dislocated workers.
