Nanoscience students apply research to develop new materials

Abstract:
Nanoscience and nanoengineering doctoral students at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology presented their research for the public Saturday at the first NanoExpo, held in the Black Hills Business Development Center.

Smith believes the program will stimulate economic growth in the region as major companies consider starting centers in regions where technology is being developed.
