New CSIRO research flagship for manufacturing
Abstract:
Bishop says the funding will enable the creation of a new CSIRO Research Flagship aimed at addressing opportunities in niche manufacturing, primarily focussed on nanotechnology and material sciences.
The new National Research Flagship in Niche Manufacturing will help existing high-value segments of the manufacturing sector become more globally competitive in global supply chains, develop globally competitive medical products, and identify next generation fabricated devices.
