Abstract:
Hattori has also proposed the Vietnam Prime Minister develop Hoa Lac as a central place for hi-tech majors like information technology, biotechnology and nanotechnology from universities.

Besides, he confirmed Vietnam's investment environment was very attractive to Japanese investors thanks to political stability, sustainable economic development and the government preferential policies.
