Fattah: More Wireless Needed
Abstract:
In a humble nook in North Philadelphia, mayoral candidate Chaka Fattah talked about nanotechnology, child laptops and biotechnology incubators yesterday.
Among some other ideas he had were to put more funding toward the city's emerging nanotechnology and biotechnology industries. Resources would come from the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, the Philadelphia Community Development Corporation and other organizations, as incentives for businesses in industries already positioned for growth to locate to the city.
