Tokyo Electron touts progress at UAlbany site
Abstract:
Tokyo Electron Ltd. received nine U.S. patents and filed 31 U.S. patent applications in 2005, all based on work being done at its research center at the state University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, according to the company.
