Japan trade group to focus funds on 45nm processes
Abstract:
JEITA expects to develop 45-nanometer manufacturing technology in fiscal 2007 and a 32-nanometer process by fiscal 2010. The Japanese semiconductor industry has already paved the way for commercial application of design rules of 65-55 nanometers.
