Grant to benefit UT, ACC
Abstract:
Sanjay Banerjee, a microelectronics researcher at the University of Texas, has received $500,000 from the Defense Department to explore ways to use nanotechnology to overcome hurdles that might halt improvements in the silicon-based integrated circuit. (mid-way down the page)
