Tech Valley welcomes world
Abstract:
Their nations have flourishing technology industries. Some have multibillion-dollar semiconductor fabrication plants. But visitors to Albany NanoTech on Wednesday found something different -- a $3 billion facility where companies large and small work with academic researchers to develop new ways of producing those microprocessors.
