iCurie Becomes a US Public Company and Raises $17 Million
Abstract:
iCurie Lab Holdings Limited, a UK company with a Korean operating subsidiary, today announced it became a wholly owned subsidiary of iCurie, Inc. ("iCurie US"), an over-the-counter bulletin board company formerly known as Cedar Mountain Distributors, Inc.
