Antibiotic Laced Nanoballs Could Improve Infection Treatment
Abstract:
Gabe Romain: A new drug delivery system that uses nanoscale vehicles to ferry antibiotics into bacteria promises to improve infectious disease treatment and overcome growing antibiotic resistance. "We feel that this technology will afford many benefits down the road," says Edward Turos of the University of South Florida.
