Center Nanoelectronic Technologies opens in Dresden

Abstract:
The Fraunhofer Gesellschaft [Fraunhofer Society] and the semiconductor companies Infineon Technologies AG and AMD on Tuesday opened the new Center Nanoelectronic Technologies (CNT) in Dresden. It is designed to conduct application-oriented leading-edge research, the results of which are to be realized with as little delay as possible as innovative products.
