Nanosys licenses some IP to QuantuMDx
Abstract:
Nanosys Inc. has licensed some of its nanowire patents and patent applications to QuantuMDx Group, the companies said Monday. The core intellectual property involves the use of nanowire-based field effect transistors as biosensors, which were derived from the work of Charles Lieber, a professor of chemistry at Harvard and one of the founders of Nanosys.
