4 firms receive $7 million in venture capital
Abstract:
Imago Scientific Instruments Corp., a Madison nanotechnology company that sells atomic probe microscopes to the semiconductor, data storage and advanced materials industries, raised $2 million from Draper Triangle Ventures of Pittsburgh and an undisclosed firm.
