Fast Piezo Steering Mirrors Provide Greater Linearity, Coplanar Axes
Abstract:
PI (Physik Instrumente) LP, a manufacturer of nanopositioning and precision motion-control equipment for photonics, nanotechnology, semiconductor and life science applications, offers a variety of piezoelectric, high-speed steering mirrors designed for applications such as: beam control, steering, scanning, and stabilization; image stabilization and resolution enhancement; adaptive optics systems ; interlacing and dithering; and beam switching.
