Carl Zeiss, Seiko team up for materials analysis

Abstract:
The Nano Technology Systems division of Carl Zeiss SMT AG has developed a microscopy workstation with SII NanoTechnology Inc. of Japan, a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SIINT).
