India Inc demands $2 bn for nanotech fund
Abstract:
Indian Inc has demanded establishment of a national nanotechnology development fund and national biotechnology development fund with outlays of around $2 billion (Rs 9,600 crore) and $1 billion (Rs 4,800 crore) respectively under the control of an autonomous management structure to develop infrastructure-intensive industries in these high tech areas.
